2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following to our own servers:

• Personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or account identifiers)
• Your browsing history
• The full content of the web pages you visit
• The text you select for explanation or translation

We do not use any analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising services within the Extension.

3. Local Storage of Settings and API Keys

The Extension stores the following information locally on your device using [chrome.storage](<http://chrome.storage>).local:

• Your API keys (for example, keys for AI providers you choose to use)
• Your feature preferences and configuration settings
• Any other settings required for the Extension to function

This locally stored data is never transmitted to our own servers. It may be synchronized by your browser according to your Chrome profile settings, but we do not have access to that synchronized data.

4. Access to Webpage Content

To provide AI explanations and translations, the Extension requires access to the text content of the web pages you visit.
